Below are the guidelines if you must cancel your retreat or workshop with Everessence and collaborators:
We do offer cash or credit card refunds. If you must cancel your reservation, your cancellation fee will be determined accordingly:
- If you cancel your reservation 60 days or more prior to the retreat start date, you will lose your non-refundable deposit paid at the time of registration.
- If you cancel your reservation 30-59 days prior to the retreat start date, you will be charged a cancellation fee of 50% of the retreat value including your deposit.
- If you cancel your reservation within 0-29 days of the start date, you will forfeit 100% of all payments received including your deposit and be responsible for the full retreat value.
Any remaining balances will be refunded back to your credit card. Exceptions to our policy cannot be made for any reason, including weather, hospitalization, business emergencies, personal/family emergencies or personal/family illnesses.
There are no discounts for arriving late or leaving the retreat early. Everessence highly recommends purchasing Travel Protection Insurance, including medical cover, through your travel agent. If Everessence must cancel a retreat, all payments received to date will be refunded, which constitutes full settlement.
Everessence is not responsible for expenses incurred in preparation for any canceled trips, such as airline tickets, or for costs incurred due to travel delays, flight cancellation or illness, etc…
